This is a motel and it is kept clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The property itself is old but maintained as per age and is family friendly as there were no sketchy people

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst places we have stayed. The room was dirty, carpet was dirty, had a horrible smell, and the sheets had animal hair on them. We stayed in the room for about 10 minutes after checking, and that was only to book another hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Doesn't appear many updates have taken place since the 90s. Not a bad place to stay for the night after a Michigan game if you don't feel like driving home.

This definitely the Low Quality Inn. The interior is in bad repair, the rooms don’t even have coffeemakers, the breakfast selection is minimal. I won’t stay here again.

First, it's no longer a Quality Inn but Econolodge we found out. Hard to find in the dark. The Name speaks for itself. Majorly outdated and old. Small rooms though the beds were comfortable and good sleep. No amenities in the lobby like coffee or water. Breakfast was only cold cereal, old bananas, packaged rolls and microwave sandwiches. Coffee and juice - fair. Not the breakfast I would expect fron a nice hotel. Won't be back.

Staff were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The signage on the building became an issue locating the hotel. It is no longer the Quality Inn; it is now Econolodge, so take note of that if you are looking for the hotel. The beds, towels, etc. were clean and comfortable, but the rest is less than desirable. The floors when you walked into our room were disgustingly dirty. Our tennis shoes were sticking to the floor, so I cleaned the floor with a few disinfectant wipes I happened to have in my bag. There was a weird smell throughout the hotel, but thankful our room did not have the same smell. We just ran the air/fan the entire time so that nothing could seep in under the door while we were there. I would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to stay here in the future. We also had friends who stayed here, and when they checked in, someone was being arrested for arson; they were caught setting a fire using the paper towels in the lobby bathroom.

We arrived after needing a hotel. Grounds were unkept and messy. I checked in and we went with our puppy to our room. The room had terrible smells and we found dark stains on side of mattress. Went back to desk to talk to staff and they were off helping another guest, didn't feel like waiting around so we left.

I booked this hotel months ago for a football game. The property was horrible. There was a bag tied over the smoke detector, there was no shower curtain, our friends found a knife (yes - a knife) under the mattress. My socks were dirty just from walking on the carpet in the room. We received calls asking us if we wanted to party at 1:30 am. The staff did deliver a shower curtain and remove the bag from the smoke detector pretty quickly. However, if there had been another option we would have requested a refund and left. Unfortunately, we were there during a Michigan Football game and everything was booked out throughout the Ann Arbor area.

The directions on the GPS were confusing because there is another hotel right next to it, that shared the same parking area. There were no coffee machines in the rooms. The shower curtains were so short, water was on the bathroom floor after I showered. The next morning before check out, my room key quit working. This being said, I booked the room for Quality Inn, when I got there, it was in the process of becoming an Econo Lodge, which added to the confusion. Some bugs need to be worked out.
