"What a place! I’m so glad we found this when searching for a place to stay when visiting Riva del Garda. 100% relaxing! We got a great reseption when arriving, perfect with the parking in the garage. Fresh fruit and cold water. The apartment was so perfect. Fresh and new, large bedroom. The sky pool is perfekt. Quiet and enough sunbeds for everyone.
It takes about 15-20 min to walk by the lake to city centre, but you don’t have to, when there are shops and restaurants just around the corner....

Bicycle use included- quick 10 minutes on a beautiful, public bike lane. Free laundry service. Super clean facilities. The best setting around- extremely peaceful. Good people watching too. Staff was excellent! Valentina is hardworking and sweet- so were many of the others! "

Al salir del lobby uno ya se da cuenta de que algo está mal. Las alfombras de los pasillos están más que gastadas.
Luego descubro que las dos habitaciones que disponíamos, tenían problemas con el agua.
En una habitación el bidet no tenía agua y en la otra no salía agua caliente en la pileta ni la ducha.
En la recepción no pudieron darnos una solución.
