The lobby should have fresh water available all day. Many people walk the city and it would be nice to have fresh water in the lobby. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned better. There was no cold water in the shower. The hot water was so hot I couldn’t use it comfortably.

The Guest House at Graceland
It was such a nice clean place! They have everything on sight that you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the pool, pb&j bar, and the Elvis movies nightly! Memphis Riverline Hotel
The valet staff went above and beyond, and the front desk staff (for the most part) were friendly. Big Cypress Lodge
I absolutely love this place. Great people, beautiful hotel, awesome Bass Pro Shop, and quick access to downtown. Make this your place to stay in Memphis!
