"Saw a German cockroach by the ice machine there are people living at this facility it’s next door to a bar & grill that the locals treat it like a club had people in the parking lot flashing guns the bar & grill next door had a car full of people hanging out the sun roof acting crazy definitely not a good family environment "

"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

"This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross. Someone else’s hair was wrapped up in in one of the towels. There was no comforter on my bed, the comforter on my daughter’s bed had a yellow...
