"We had an outstanding stay in this lovely, comfortable lakefront home. The home was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and with beautiful appliances! Bathrooms were clean and updated. "The amenities in the cabin were fantastic. Everything was there that we could’ve needed including shampoo, soap, towels etc.. The lake was quiet and serene and great for swimming/wading. The neighbors were far away, giving us the privacy we were looking for. I loved all the little notes around the cabin sharing where supplies were. The water pressure and hot water were fantastic for a cabin. No need to bring a fan. They had ceiling fans everywhere and extra fans in the closet, but we didn’t need...

"The property was exactly as it was described. It is a perfect retreat for two people. They owners literally thought of everything you could possibly need and fit it beautifully into a small space. We particularly loved the two decks and the firepit backing up to a beautiful wooded area. It was a very nice retreat to come home to after exploring the area during the day. The owners were quick to answer any questions and to provide information on the area."

"We enjoyed our time at Redstone, the Host was great, responded very quickly to any questions or needs. The property and facilities are breathtaking.Big Portage Lake is a beautiful lake with crystal clear water.Close to hiking, ATV / UTV, biking trail and several waterfalls in the UP within an hour.Highly recommend this property, especially for larger groups.We are already planning our next stay at Redstone."

"If you have the option, stay here! I could write volumes about how much I loved staying here. Let me put it this way, after my trip, when I got home, I started considering ways I could make my home more like this cabin. My wife and I had some of the best time of our trip during our cabin stay. We are already planning another trip that will allow us another stay."

"Overall impressions in these categories: House: Beautiful. Big enough for our group of 13, kids and adults. Kitchen is more than great. Screened porch is better than good. Dining area large enough we could all eat in the same area. Rec room including table tennis was used a lot.Water: Fishing was slow but that's no one's fault. Kayaks were used a lot everyday. "Summerhaven was a very cozy Up North experience, and the cabin is in a great location on Lake Lost and was very spacious and comfortable. Jeff was great host he was very easy to talk to and was available throughout the entire trip. The dock was easy to tie up our rental pontoon and we enjoyed our time at Summerhaven and Lost Lake!!!"
