"Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was great. Buffet breakfast was also great. Hot water worked. Thr heater kept the room very warm. The only negative i have is the room is not soundproof. My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay."

"Beautiful place, staff friendly and the food is excellent. They have a Oxigen tank and hot tea as needed for the high sickness . Room has an electrical heater and a good pressure of hot water. I am really enjoying this place. "

"This is a very pleasant hotel right next to the main square. Very helpful reception staff. They offered and arranged excellent tours to Sillustani and Lake Titikaka islands which were well organised and good value. "

"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. "The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. "

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket."
