"Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

"Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. "

"Yes I could have booked a hotel closer or at city center but for more money $$$. The Galaxy apartment was actually about 15 - 20 minutes walking distance to city center or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which dropped us off right in front of the train station. I must say that the there was no air conditioning and only a couple of vertical fans which really didn't help much considering Lucerne was experiencing a heat wave during our stay. I really hope they can invest in some split air...

"Alina is a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. She met us at the house to go over instructions for an easy checkin. The house is about a 7 minute walk from the train. The bedrooms are big. The view is amazing. Lovely patio to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. Kitchen has a dishwasher which was a nice surprise and had all the cookware we needed.There are a lot of stairs and the walk from town is uphill. I only mention this in case people have mobility issues."
