"Very nice, small hotel and comfortable. It was convenient to the Amtrak train station. The restaurant served good foods and good drinks and had good service. The registration clerks and housekeeping staff were good. All staff members that I encountered were pleasant and greeted me. Whenever I come back into town and ride the train and need to be near the station I would definitely stay here again."

"I am currently dealing with major health issues and, due to those circumstances, I was unable to stay at the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, there was no flexibility or accommodation offered, and I was still charged in full. At a time when I am already overwhelmed with medical bills and expenses, this lack of understanding was incredibly disappointing. What upset me most was the complete absence of customer care or compassion. Life emergencies happen, and I expected at least some...

Unless you count prepackaged gas station muffins left in the room. There was also no coffee make in the room. There is a coffee station with coffee pods.
