"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises."

"一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數"

"First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby.
I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot."

"The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay."

"This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"The location of the building was close to the tram stop and the area was nice overall. However when we got there, there was some bugs in the room so we had to kill them before we went to sleep and the place was old overall which is fine but it wasn’t super clean."

Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again."
