"This property has everything needed for a stay away from home. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if anyone wants to. A small shopping centre is only minutes away and has the best fish and chip shop. There is a little sofa bed in the living area that has a trampoline base. It is so comfortable. I had a few questions for the host and he answered promptly every time. If I had to stay in Ipswich again I would check the vacancy for this place first. "

"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"Extremely disappointing experience.From the beginning, communication was poor and frustrating, we had to resubmit the same paperwork multiple times, and there were repeated requests for additional or duplicate payment. It was clear the property is managed by an offshore company, which made resolving even simple issues incredibly difficult.After hours on the phone just to gain access to the house, we arrived to find blocked drains and sewage overflowing — an absolutely unacceptable condition for...

"House was perfect size for my family of 6.Well set out house, clean & comfy beds, beautiful view from back deck, plenty of parking space it was literally home away from home. Owner's/Host were great to deal with. Would not hesitate to stay again it was a great stay."

"Absolutely wonderful accomodation in stunning surroundings and the perfect retreat for my elderly parent from the Elm House wedding venue. While everything within the ‘treehouse’ was top notch quality, we struggled to warm ourselves in the evenings with the fire place, and only one heater for three bedrooms. Additional blankets were needed for this particularly icy weekend. "

"We wanted a property in Newtown, close to our kids. This property was a 10 minute walk to their house and close to all shops and amenities. There was a minor hiccup on our arrival and the owner was amazing. He got onto it straight away, and then followed up to make sure everything was ok. The property had everything we needed. A large living space, and a large bathroom with a bath. We will definitely stay again."
