"Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). Property manager sent additional extra towels, and cosmetic items without even asking them. Great hospitality, and caring. Thank you for picking and dropping us from the...

"This was my first stay and I really did not know what I was doing. I didn't know about the app. But I will have it before next time. The location was incredible. So were the animals. The cottage was PRFECT. I had to force myself to stop eating the muffins. I would give them a wonderful score. "

"The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. All the appliances worked well, it was clean, and the owner was great at getting back to you quickly if you had a question. We had the farm fresh eggs and they were fantastic. If we come...

"This was a very clean and nice place to stay. The cabin was located about 30 minutes outside of KC so the travel wasnt bad for our weekend vacation. "

"The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. "

"We had family members coming to town and needed larger home to all be together. Home had large areas to gather together "

"I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well."

"Loved the enchanted wagon… all convenience our ancestors didn’t have! Decorated cute, amazing setting in a lovely RV park, secluded site, with woods, rock formations, creek if rainy… outdoor grill, lovely outdoor seating with table chairs and umbrella. "Our family (8 of us) really enjoyed our stay in this house. The place is amazing and unique, the response when we had a couple questions was terrific. The pool was used every day, and everything we needed was there for us."

"Large house that just keeps on going. lots of beds. Good quiet neighborhood that is close to many things. slept 18 here several nights - all the grandparents, groomsman, brothers and aunt & uncle for Oldest's son's wedding. the walk in closets gave space for the final storage and ironing of 8 dresses and allowed grandma to do final touche on wedding dress - even had room for the sewing machine. The house was a life saver. it is on a cul-d-sac so try to carpool if have mega group like mine....

"Perfect place for our family together while in town for a wedding. The linens smelled amazing and were super soft for great sleep! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was a great communicator and gave us grace when we needed extra time to get in and out of the space. "
