This place is really clean and nicely updated. The nice large smart TV and comfortable living room furniture and bed made the stay very enjoyable. Way better than a hotel room.

The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with tea, a hot water kettle and other essentials that we enjoyed. There was one minor issue with the toilet not flushing but we were able to fix that without needing to contact the owner. We also had some insects (one spider and several flying insects) in the home on the lower level. The outside of the property was a little dirty and the neighborhood it is in was run down but the duplex itself was nice and provided what we needed for a short girls' weekend.

Personal visit

The location was centrally located to area we needed. Wagner was very responsive and a pleasure. Although ww did not spend much time in the unit other than to sleep, we found the accomodations to be comfortable and clean. Will be back again !

Paola Roots Festival

We stayed here to be close to the festival. Awesome blues on Paola Town Square. Property was as advertised. Great AC, kept pace with 100 deg heat. Comfortable beds. Wifi is fiber, 250 up/ down. Enjoyed our stay very much! Check out KM BBQ which is close by.

Great Stay

3 friends came to town to visit a good buddy. This worked out perfectly so we could have a place to all stay together but each have our own room. Much better than having to book 3 hotel rooms. Home is clean and updated. Host communication was great. Easy peasy stay. Thank you!

Nice Clean and Newly remodeled duplex/townhome.

The unit was clean. We were so happy to find coffee in the kitchen because we forgot to bring any with us. The Beds are comfortable. An assortment of pillows. The plugs have USB ports for charging devices. Although we didn't need it there is a nice table and chair that will work well for computer work. I cannot think of a negative thing to say. I don't think we will need to return because we were in this area for a wedding. But if the need arises, we will definitely return.
