"There was no microwave in the room when you stepped into the elevator from the lobby. The elevator had no air conditioner going and when we got off on our floor, there was no air-conditioning going on in the hallways. It was very hot and uncomfortable. You need to do better first time staying at Doubletree."

"We had a clean room, comfortable beds and a spacious suite. Everything worked very well in our room except the TV. Two maintenance guys worked on it and it never worked and, in fact, wouldn’t even turn off! We had to unplug it, and it looks like the people before us did too based on it being unplugged when we got into the room. The staff were responsive, polite and helpful, but never got the TV working. "We were pleasantly surprised, the rooms were huge and super clean! Everyone was kind and helpful, and they had free laundry which came in super helpful! The pool is very small, but sufficient, and the breakfast was a good variety but they did struggle keeping up to keep things full, and most of the food, while tasty, wasn't hot. Will stay again!"

"Checked into the property and was informed by desk staff that there was no internet nor cable. Could not upgrade us because we booked through Expedia; we would have to pay the difference even though they didn’t provided additional services. No breakfast is served but there is a coffee station in the lobby. Room was small and we realize this is an inn but was smaller than expected. Cannot recommend even though we have previously; it’s looking rather beat."

"The space was just what we needed to rest in the summertime while my kids went to camp at the Brandywine Battlefield. We did have an AC system that did not work until the next to last day and we were given another room. Other than that the pool was great, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean."
