"Tori was a wonderful host. The apartment was bright and inviting with all the tools you'll need to cook if you want. The neighborhood was gorgeous and close enough to downtown Davidson to walk!! I will be back again! Thanks!"

"Needed a comfortable place for a few nights while we watched our granddaughter for her parents who had an event nearby. The home was just perfect and we loved the screened in porch. The desk area came in handy for some work stuff we needed to do. Loved walking around the neighborhood and easy walking access to great coffee and breakfast and other restaurants. Everything was very convenient. We all drive trucks and parking was not a problem. Definitely would rent again. "

"Very nice place to stay near the center of Davidson. We enjoyed walking around the lake. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was perfect for our weekend."

"I've been duped before with pictures that didnt match what they showed BUT this was NOT the case! What you see is exactly what you got! The pictures matched exactly and it was soo worth it! It was even quiet and peaceful for being in a housing development. Close to so many restaurants and shopping choices. Great location for the avid Nascar fan. Very easy to get to most shops in an hour radius. Definitely a 10 out of 10!"

"This property was everything as advertised -- and everything you see in the pictures. What struck me most was how quiet it was, both during the day and in the evening. If you're looking to relax, this is the place.As for amenities, we used the kayaks (which were like new), the lily pad, the fire pit -- we did it all. If you're looking for firewood, you can get it at the Harris Teeter a mile away.Our host was incredibly responsive to any needs. There were small things that I had questions about...

"We booked this house to host family and friends for our son's graduation weekend at a nearby college. We were looking for an alternative to a hotel so we could have meals together and play games, and it was great for that purpose. We most appreciated how clean the house was. I gave the location only 4 stars because although the house is one block from the lake, there is no public access to sit by the lake - but the listing clearly says marina access only, so there was no false advertising....

"This property was everything we were hoping for for our family stay. We (from SC) met with family from Ohio and Maryland over Thanksgiving. Kitchen had all the dishes needed to cook and served a traditional thanksgiving meal. There was plenty to do on property for the variety of ages that stayed. Only negative comment, the outlets in the living room kept tripping the breaker, but host was very communicative in helping resolve the issue."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lake home. The lake views were beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the sun set every evening on the dock. The home was well equipped and very clean. It was the perfect size for a couples getaway. We spent most of our time on the dock and on the back porch overlooking the water. The reclining chairs on the porch were a highlight while relaxing! Thank you for such a great stay, we can’t wait to visit again!"

"Came back here a second time for a midweek stay, the lake views were jaw dropping, property was spotless and the owner was easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Garage with pickleball court and basketball court was a huge hit with my wife and kids! Hot tub was a pleasure. We were lucky enough to spot a couple families of deer crossing to and from the island out front. Highly recommend this home! Great place to relax and get away."

"By far one of my favorite trips EVER! This house was truly a slice of heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our group of 8 was so happy and impressed by this location. Someone in our group will definitely rebook this place! We were sad to leave! It was perfect in every way!"
