Okay spot for a night or two

The floors werent as clean and there was some dust bunnies. The road outside was noisy even during the night. Having a daybed in the living room isn't comfortable sitting. Everything else okay. Weve stayed in many vrbos so our opinion is weighted by others. Great host, though.

Everything as described

This was perfect for our quick stop in NC for an overnight stay and would be great if we needed to stay longer as well. Everything was as described in the listing and communication with the property manager was excellent. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. If we need a rental in the area again, we'll definitely keep this place at the top of our list.

Clean &Cozy

Very nice property ! When we arrived, it was wonderful to see the residence was exactly as listed on Vrbo. All of the basics were there and all was well organized. The towels and linens were very soft and plenty. The bed was by far the best we have found in any of the places we have stayed - very comfortable which meant excellent rest for both of us It felt like ‘home’! We have shared the info with other out of state relatives, so that they can stay here too when visiting with our Statesville family. We will be back !! Thank You !!

Excellent stay

We stayed over fall break while we were visiting family in Statesville, and this was the perfect house for our family of four. It had everything we needed, it was conveniently located in a safe place, and it was very tastefully decorated and cute. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back! Thanks!

Great home

Perfect stay for our group of 5! The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. Everything was clean and plenty of linens and towels for our entire stay. Also, there is a washer and dryer on site which was very convenient. Will definitely be back again!

Charming Statesville Tiny House

This tiny home is completely remodeled and very well appointed. We were just 2 people so it was a perfect fit for us. The front porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, and was very close to a grocery store and to the freeway. Nestled on a quiet road surrounded by soy bean crop on one side and friendly neighbors across the street, we enjoyed the location. There is a lot of traffic on the road, so expect road noise. This did not detract from our stay, but we were surprised by the number of cars traveling on the road. If you are in Statesville and want a small cozy space - this is perfect!

A must stay!

This place is gorgeous! I want to live there! Convenient to the hwy, very modern with lots of upgrades! Plenty of sleeping spaces and all needed amenities!!! Will definitely use again!

Cute little place

We were in town for my sons soccer tournament and really enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry over staying in a hotel room. Very reasonable price. The house was clean and nicely renovated and furnished. The location was convenient to Statesville- about a 15 minute drive to the soccer complex. Owners were speedy in responding to questions and after some back and forth they let us check out later than 10am. It would have been even better if they had a few more pieces of furniture like bedside tables, a coffee table and another chair in the living room. Tissues and paper towels would have been a plus too but otherwise fully stocked and YES those towels were nice and soft like a fancy hotel!! If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs- there is definitely road noise.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was convienent to both attractions that we had planned. Only a few minutes to the grocery. Home was very clean and stocked with thing that made our stay easy. Plenty of linens and towels were available.
