"Very nice property. Looks relatively new. Nice location. Dining options within walking distance. Staff was very nice. Wi-Fi connection was ok. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The sheets smelled, the towels were ratty, the toilet was dirty and one of the drinking glasses was covered in greasy fingerprints. It was disgusting. The only good thing was the staff was pleasant."

"Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"My husband and I loved the location of this hotel. It is just a few steps from excellent restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. "There was a sparsely stocked walgreens across the street my only real comaint was it was super noisy...people woyld walk their dogs along the doors. Making other peoples dogs bark (obviously) and would stabd outside in thevparking lot talking loud as hell all hours of the night"

"Other than a kiosk in the lobby operated by a staff member remotely, I never saw a single staff member during my stay. Amenities did not seem to exist. I was not on site during the "breakfast hours" either day of my stay, but the lobby did not even serve coffee before or after the designated breakfast times. The coffee packs in the room were so old and stale the coffee was hard to drink. The steps going up to the 2nd floor were very rickety and I would encourage management to make repairs before...

"The breakfast was pretty good. The man running the breakfast area was on point and pleasant. Couple of issues I had; our room was not exactly clean. There were smudges, dirt and old toothpicks in corners, the bedding had torn corners and worn, the beds were far too tall and I don’t understand how any elderly person would’ve been able to stay there, the bed frames under the bed were collapsing slightly, pull out bed mattress NEEDS to be replaced, a little bit of black mold on the window frames...

"The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!"
