"We found this place for a quick three-day getaway. It's a beautiful old home! Very clean! The A/C worked wonderfully, as the heat and humidity are gearing up for summer. We so enjoyed the wine bar and sitting out on the upstairs balcony. It is surprisingly cool in the evening, as the breeze blew across the porch. There are ceiling fans, if the breeze doesn't cooperate. It's very easy to get in and out of the property, and it's very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Beaufort. David answers...

"Cute small apartment. The street was very noisy. The balcony a nice touch but the furnature was not very comfy. Because of a series of misfortunes, we wanted to alter our stay by one day. We checked to make sure the unit was available but we were told it wasn't within their policies to do so. I realize that they have policies for a reason, but maybe have a little compassion? All things considered, it was a nice stay."

"Daniel was great with hus communication in telling us about the property. He came out to greet us when we arrived. Very helpful if we had questions. He us renovating this property and I have to say he is doing a fantastic job. We loved the neighbors geese, chickens, turkeys and peacocks. We had a great stay. Hope to do it again sometime."
