"Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. "

"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"Only good thing about this Room was the view. Other then that, the carpet in the living room was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Its rippled in some places. The whole place needs a deep clean. Cupboards are worn, front of fridge has rust spots as well the stove. Not happy about the amount of money I spent and get a dirty rental."

"Pool open 24 hours which was very convenient and nice. It was also nice using the grill which are gas and no coal needed. Easy beach access. Hotel rooms are nice with a nice balcony view. "

"This is the 3rd time I have been here and I always enjoy my stay. All the employees are nice and always helpful. But I have noticed a decline in the all over keep of the hotel. It seems to be mismanaged and I just hope that they can turn it around. Dont get me wrong like I said the employees are great and the beach is beautiful but I did have serval employees complain to me on how they are teated by the General Manager. I know from experience if you dont treat your employees with respect things...

"I loved how close to the beach you are you cannot ask for a better place, the rooms do need to be updated and also the elevator was iffy but other than that it was a great place to stay "
