"Old School motor court - pull up to your hotel room door style. If it is all about location then Flamingo is the perfect spot, less than 10 minutes walking to all of downtown CD’A. Motel is dated, tattered, and old, but has charm for the area. Room was clean and stocked with all the necessities for a short 2 night stay. Nothing special, but was our best option for our visit to CD’A. "

"This best western is an older place but don’t let that concern you. Rooms are nice and very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful for whatever you need. Oh and breakfast was awesome. The tater tot hash-browns are freak’n amazing!! We loved staying there and you will too. "

"Motel was right in the heart of town, which allowed close ability to shop and eat all within walking distance. We like the fact that they are not charging parking any longer! This motel is clean, large rooms and comfy beds. We will be back."

"Number one is that the complimentary breakfast is less than stellar. The only thing about the instant oatmeal was I instantly through it away. If I was a burly truck driver, which I am not, I would like a dry sausage patty and a biscuit smothered in thick gravy. Other than some fruit in a single service cup that was it. Coffee not much to savor either. The afternoon cookies were great though. How about some pastries or toast. The king bed was nice but the mattress cover did not fit. Too...

"for maintenance and future improvements to the bathrooms. - suggest to undercut the bathroom doors to about 1.5 inches from the floor in each suite. this would allow better ventilation in the bathrooms. I noticed that the finish on the bottom of the door was curled up. this is the result of either flooding or inadequate ventilation. "
