"Location was amazing, pool was great and room was well equipped. On the downside one (of 2) lifts was out of service, and our room TV didn’t work. Overall good value for the price though and I would stay again."

"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance.
There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...

"Rooms, 10 out of 10. Clean, modern, with everything you need.
Location, 10 out of 10. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station.
Staff, 1000 out of 10. Every single employee was friendly, helpful, welcoming.
Tip…call well in advance to secure parking as it’s limited."

"Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery.
Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent.
Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees.
Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs."
