"Helpful, friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Had an issue with one of the beds that was promptly resolved. Looked like there had been a leak in the hotel and there was a strong smell of damp in the lobby but could not smell it in the room. Good choice of breakfast options and helpful staff ..."

"We had a good stay at the mill hotel and spa. Customer service in all parts of hotel were exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was great for extra £12 per night. We didn’t use the spa facilities but will do on our return. Easy walk into Chester and easy access out."
