"I have stayed at this property on several occasions. The air conditioner/ air exchange vent was so loud I didn't sleep for two nights. The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. We stayed Thursday to Sunday, and although we spoke with housekeeping Friday and Saturday, no one came in the room. It is...

"Carpet was very dirty in the hallways, there was a stain on the bedspread, the night we checked in the guy that checked us in was very rude and later when I went down to ask for towels since there were only 1 towel & 1 wash cloth he rudely said I’ll send some up, They never arrived so I had to go back down and stood there 20 minutes waiting for them to bring me some Very disappointed."

"I booked an ocean front room and the view did not disappoint. The check in and staff were amazing throughout my 3 night stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well and the in room coffee and small kitchen were nice. The hotel room ceiling and bath fixtures are in need of updates.
