Great golf, local dining options, and seasonal seafood festivals are all within easy reach of this Little River cottage! The cottage be just a short stroll from the Intracoastal, leaving you within minutes of waterfront restaurants, the Big "M" Casino, and a variety of off-shore charter services. The waterfront is also home to the 'World Famous Blue Crab Festival' in May and the 'Little River Shrimpfest' in October. Glen Dornoch Water Way Golf Course is just over a mile from the home and you'll have several more options within a five-mile radius (on either side of the state line), including Eagle Nest, Crow Creek, and Meadowlands. On the South Carolina side, Cherry Grove Beach is just seven miles away. On the North Carolina side, Sunset Beach is only eight miles away.

The spacious, single-level floor plan features a bright and inviting layout primed for complete family comfort. Relax inside while streaming shows and movies on the living room smart TV or head out to the private backyard for drinks and happy hour snacks on the furnished patio. The gorgeous full kitchen is more than equipped to handle whatever home-cooked meals are on the menu and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. The house was super nice just as you see in the picture. I went for bike week and the location was perfect not on the other end with all the noise. The only con I have is the dryer didn’t work but the washer did so that was inconvenient because I had to go to a laundromat other than that the house was really nice. Very close to restaurants the beach (about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic) super close to the bowling alley and the Tanger Outlets! will definitely stay again A

My friend and I had a nice time and the place was lovely. The Blue Crab Festival was going on and the street was blocked off when we got there but we got through. Nicely decorated - shows like photos. Loved the porch!! Be sure and bring hand and bar soap if you use it as there is only body wash soap in the showers mounted on the wall. There is dishwashing liquid for the kitchen. No mixing bowls and only one baking sheet. We didn’t use TV. Has three electric fireplaces that provide a nice ambiance - no heat needed. Keurig and Cappucino maker were great! Easy check out too. No problems and never talked to anyone. Messages answered quickly. Would stay again.

Very clean but on arrival discovered the dryer was not working which prevented us from using washing machine if needed. Beds are very comfortable. No cleaning supplies such as wipes or spray, no hand soap. Basic paper supplies. House is located on main road to marina and restaurants so road noise is constant. Communication with owner was good and quick responses. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture.

From the moment we entered we were excited about our stay. The furniture is super comfy and my husband's bad back appreciated the mattress. The placement is great, it's very quiet but you're 2 minutes away from an awesome diner and the best steakhouse we've ever seen.
