"The Swan Hotel is easily among the best I have stayed in my travels. The town of Arundel is charming, and the Swan Hotel is located in the heart. It is a well-maintained hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. I had a wonderful lamb Sunday roast with a great pint of cider. The room was cozy and quiet, with a superb view of the town and castle. "Very friendly receptionist, great view of cathedral from our room and excellent location "

"Room was a good size and very clean, staff were very friendly. What I would say is if you don’t like to sleep in a hot room, turn the heated towel rail off immediately. There isn’t a switch as such, in my room there was a breaker switch at low level by the door. Besides that, the hotel is in a great location and plenty of parking."
