"We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!"

"This is a rundown place badly in need of a major renovation. One cabinet door in the bathroom was broken. The bathroom is a tiny little thing that hasn’t been renovated for at least 25 years. It looks like a cheap motel. The shower curtain is adorned “” with a dirty curtain and reminds me of a $15 motel 6 situation. "The hotel is VERY situated. But honestly, that’s where it ends. Mind you, this is NOT an inexpensive hotel so our expectations were not low. The hotel is old, and can use serious renovations. The AC was loud and clonky, the AC thermostat is original from the 1970s, furniture is old, etc. bottom line, the hotel can use a serious remodeling."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."
