"Front desk staff was very friendly, Room and hotel was good condition. Housekeeping and general upkeep was lacking in some areas. Room showed some general weat and tear. Toilet in our room and a sticky flusher and shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Hotel location was great and view from our room was nice! "

"Our room on the first floor was very clean and tidy, two well made queen beds, that were firm, but not too firm -- but the pillows were kind of too soft and squishy. TV channels were limited and the bathroom/toilet area was tiny. "No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going...

"NO amenities,no in house phone so no wake up calls. One cup Keurig with two pods. Chairs torn leather. Wi Dow had small board in front of the window airconditioner that allows the wind the outside weather to come in the room. Only access to snacks is in the office. Noisey. On a main road and one window looked out at a cement building approximately 12 feet away"
