The good: The property was clean, updated and very comfortable...except for that one night.....
The bad: Our first night there, we kept trying to lower the temperature in the room because it was too hot. It was a restless, sleepless night. When I asked about it the next morning, they checked it out and found the thermostat was not working. They gave us another room...but without any compensation....when we needed to stay another night (because we got sick), they gave us a 20% off the rack rate, which is the same as the Expedia price.
Also, know that if you use Expedia, you will be put on a 2nd floor without an elevator. If you ask if there's a ground floor, they will tell you 'no' without even checking.
The facilities were really in good shape...but I just felt they could have done better for us to compensate for the room with a non-working thermostat that did set us up for getting sick and needing to stay another night.
