"It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned "

"Hébergement "bungalow" sans coin cuisine en effet pas de cuisine mentionné dans l'annonce mais pas si claire que ça, un petit frigo disponible qui nous a sauvé notre séjour tout de même. Il faudrait peut être mettre une bouilloire à disposition tout de même avec 2 verres ou tasses. Sinon logement propre rien à redire et service de navette extra !"

There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!"

"Nice quaint hotel in a really interesting part of Venice and away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easily accessible and well connected via the 'Accedemia' water bus stop nearby. Also easy walking to San Marco and Rialto areas etc. Lots of dining options around. This hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. Staff are very helpful. We checked out early in the morning and they had takeaway breakfast prepared for us. I would stay...
