Small Luxury Apartment

The independent apartment has a separate entrance from the street and is about 60m2. It has 2 airco’s, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet as well as towels and bathrobes. Furthermore a pantry with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. In the pantry area, there is a table to work at or for having breakfast. In the large bedroom is a comfortable king-size bed with 2 single mattresses, a seating area and an extra desk or dressing table. A washing machine is available.

It was quite a nice place. The bedroom was wonderful and the kitchenette was usable though lacked a burner. We were able to use the microwave to make breakfast and some dinners. Course we were in Venice so who wants to cook too much. Apartment was absolutely delightful. Martin was wonderful and very helpful. We were right in the middle of things.

Loved our experience while staying at this apartment in Venezia. The host was super helpful, responsive, went out of his way to insure we had a great visit and the location(within a stone’s throw of the Grand Canal) was off high tourist traffic alleys but most importantly in a perfect location for all attractions, shopping, dining and more. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay at this apartment when we return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, Martin was so welcoming and stayed up late to check us in / welcome us after our late flight. He shared some great restaurant recommendations too.The apartment is lovely and in an amazing area, 10 minutes from the top sights including Piazza San Marco, Doge's Palace, Museo Correr.Do not hesitate and book this charming apartment!

The stay at Martins apartment was perfect! He was super helpful with instructions on how to get from the airport and greeted us upon check in. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants.The apartment was in a perfect location, walkable to all the major attractions, but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. If we ever return to Venice, we would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Martin was a wonderful host. He checked us in personally and assisted with arrangements for an early morning departure for the airport. The neighborhood was within easy walking distance of the most visited landmarks in Venice.

Amazing apartment in Venice

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed and much, much more. It was close to shops, bars and St. Marks Square but it was lovely and quiet. Martin was so helpful - he ordered us a water taxi from the airport (the most amazing way to travel into Venice) and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. We had the most amazing time in Venice and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Campo San Mauritzio

We had a very pleasant stay. Martin was an accommodating host, even helping us get our bags to San Giglio on departure; the flat is perfectly located between Campo San Mauritzio and the Grand Canal, a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the bustle of San Marco. Only downsides: there is no water plumbed into the “kitchen;” and one morning we awoke to an unpleasant smell of sewer gas, which continued off and on that one day. But that may simply be endemic to Venezia, a city built on and surrounded by water..

Apartment near the Grand Canal in Venice

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated with tasteful art and loads of interesting books. The bed is very comfy. The apartment is not designed to allow any self catering apart from coffee, tea and continental breakfast. There is no sink in the 'kitchen' area and only a small sink in the bijou bathroom, so washing up is tricky. Martin was very pleasant on our arrival and provided a list of places to eat out, though we did our own thing. Recommend buying the over shoe knee high covers if the rain starts. They were a godsend as it poured down for most of our stay. ☔️
