"We went down for a baseball tournament in Richmond even though the pool was not ready we still made the best of it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Our first night our room was extremely hot the AC was not working luckily the next morning we were able to move rooms without any trouble And had great service from the staff. "We stayed three nights at this hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean (hall carpet a little dingy). Our room had tile floor which made the room feel clean and fresh. Beds were comfy and the room was equipped with a nice large television. "Fantastic service, made our stay really enjoyable. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty. Happy hour drinks were great and they had chips & salsa and hummus. Another guest told us the property is about 35-40 years old, and it's showing it in some places. Two of the elevators were broken, so it made things a little slower, but not too bad. The pool was over chlorinated and COLD!"

"Staycation for us .. had seen the inn driving down Main Street. What a beautiful, impeccably decorated B&B. I would HIGHLY recommend the inn to anyone visiting Richmond. Great location and friendly service from Mitch and Ronnie as well! "

"Unique property with a lot of historic character! Really enjoyed having a parlor suite. Room was absolutely huge with high ceilings and antique furniture/artwork. Nice modern bathroom. Courtyard was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. Quiet for being in the middle of the city."

"Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient to many venues. Restaurant is very good. The rooms need a comfortable chair, all we had was a basic desk chair. Also, a little more detail to cleaning the floor - if you have a white wood floor, you need to keep it clean!! "
