"Having ceiling fans was great. The management and staff were friendly and helpful."

"The cleanness of the room could have been better. We had bugs in the bathroom crawling up the mirror. There was a flea in the bed. From that point on, I was not too happy with the room. It also had hair on the bathroom vanity. However, the night staff was great during check-in. The breakfast was great! Parking was convenient. "This is an older Best Western but it was very clean and most people are very friendly. Walls are thin and my son and I got two complaints around 8:30pm about my son walking to loud. I felt like he couldn’t walk around because of the person under us. Not really complaining it was just frustrating."

"Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful"

"The first room i was given had a broken toilet seat. The door of the second room was not properly aligned to the frame as light shines through 0n the side of the door. Breakfast was very unimpressive. I didn’t expect a 4 star experience but I doubt that I will use a Wyndom facility in the future."
