Tenía dos reservaciones distintas, pero el hotel solo pudo darme una habitación porque el número de Expedia no estaba correcto. Traté de comunicarme y solo lograba que me comunicaran de regreso al mostrador. En el chat solo me atendió la IA, y no resolvió nada. Hasta la 1:30 am me pudieron dar la habitación; demasiado tarde, las 4 personas de la segunda habitación ya...

"Breakfast included was advertised, but not provided. Pool was advertised but not provided. The front entryway for movement was also closed. There was reparation going on, so everything was covered in plastic. Even then, no breakfast was provided."

"We stayed here only one night. The facility is quite new. We liked underground garage. Our room was on the first floor. It was a bit dark, we probably should have choosen upper floors. The room was very clean. We appreciated the evening happy hour service. They provided plenty of food including soup, salad and hotdogs etc. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. We can come back here later."

"I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel is located near several dining and shopping areas. The staff is great!! We only stayed a night but the breakfast was good and they even had little grab-and-go bags available. They normally have a variety of breakfast options, including a pancake machine. The lobby also had infused water which we loved after driving in from a drier climate. "
