"An extremely comfortable and well-appointed house. We had commitments around Orange, Oberon and Bathurst & this house was well located to serve. A wonderful bonus was the garden which was in full spring bloom and lovely to wander around & make of the outdoor setting. I’m glad we brought some firewood because it was still cool enough in the evenings & this made us very cosy. "

"Very spacious and warm with central heating and plenty of bedroom radiators.Could tell owners stay there, as everything needed was there. All nice and clean. Although only 3 teaspoons!As a group of retirees, and a couple that could not do stairs, it would have been good to have a floor plan available showing bedroom configs, so we could plan who slept where. Verbal description did help, but a plan would have made it easier.Overall excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay."
