"I loved the location, the amenities, and the entire room. Immediately walking into the resort, I felt like I was at home. The room had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas, even a coffee maker and refrigerator. The tub and shower were phenomenal. The location is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and desert options. The beach is mere yards away."

Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not."

I arrived at the hotel location before 2:00 p.m. It was not until one of the facilities employees came to us and guided us in which direction to go to get into the reception office. "My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"Really nice facility. One thing that was annoying was the outdoor pool. They shouldn't allow flotation items, such as small boats. Kids kept bumping into my wife and me, so we had to get out of the pool. If allowed have a facility member policing the pool area and hold the parents accountable for their children's actions. Teens jumping around rough housing was annoying as well."

"The room was comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. The breakfast is a full breakfast and good. The only complaint I have is that although I was assured the bathroom was handicapped accessible, it was not. Using a walker in the bathroom was awkward unless you kept the door open. A wheelchair would have been impossible."
