"Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance."
