"Never received the access codes and they ended up ghosting me on WhatsApp and other platforms. Had to find alternative accommodation and refund was refused. Effectively a scam, had to raise chargeback with bank."

"Not one to usually write a negative or even a positive review of places but prime doorstep who manage this property just took the p*ss.
I would strongly advise against booking this apartment.
I booked on September 1st for arrival on the 22nd and noted my check-in time as 4pm. The listing stated I would receive “special check-in instructions” by email. I also followed their directions and emailed my car registration on September 3rd to secure parking, but received no reply. I tried calling...

"Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number.
Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host.
Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James."

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially welcoming at check-in and although busy, they showed us to the room.

"A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced.
However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel.
Not did I appreciate the 9am door knocking along every room in the corridor on bank holiday Monday from "housekeeping".
