The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. "I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this...

Thankfully it was one of three and the others were empty because on arrival the door to the property had leaves and debris that looked like it had been stored for sometime. "To be honest I don't believe the second last review to be true ,you can check in late ,lock was easy to open with just 4 digit code,very co-operative management,nice and clean appartment ,we were not expecting such an excellent 5 star appartment in Leeds ,would highly recommend to everyone as you won't regret and will keep booking again and again whenever coming to Leeds. Very thankful for making our trip to Leeds awesome and wonderful."
