"Very conveniently located and well fitted out apartment room with generous courtesy provisions supplied as well. Very handy secure parking in basement for an additional charge.
Only minor issues were lack of air con (room gets warm even with windows open on a mid-September day), no microwave and a slightly soft bed.
NB Rooms on third floor on Park Place side also overlooked by taller balcony flats opposite."

"Gorgeous apartment. Honestly exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and well equipped as well as being beautifully furnished and decorated. I cannot recommend highly enough!"

"The room is in a really good location for both parking and if you are getting the train into Leeds.
The check in process if fairly straight forward, however it did take me around 15 minutes as the confirmation reference wouldn’t work.
The room could do with some redecorating and some modern appliances installing. The cupboards don’t sit flush and it’s more noticeable the more you see it.
The room could benefit from little cleaning supplies being left ie anti-bacterial spray and some...

"The check in was really confusing. We parked near by but only told after check in that could get discount on parking. Check in window is between 3 and 6, location is confusing to find and then they wanted £200 additional deposit even though room paid for and needed a traditional credit card not apple pay. Then sent to different building. Corridors and room smelt mouldy and damp. Our expectation that this would be a lovely stay for family and it was poor to average. Location in town good but...

"Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed.
A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...
