"So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot."

My dogs absolutely loved running around the yard while we sat on the front porch listening to the hummingbirds buzz around. "Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "We loved the cabin. Plenty of shade and trees to hang a swing and hammock from. Had so many activity items like corn hole, big jenga blocks, uno cards, and dominoes (to name a few). The littles and adults loved the games. There were plenty of seating options inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. The hostess showed us to an area of the river down the road and even waded in to sweep moss off the rocks so the...

"Nice quiet getaway in Leakey. Nicely located to the Frío river and other activities. The view is great. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked. There is a swim hole near by. Our family had a nice time. We tubed down the frío, went to Joe Jimmy's dancing and went into town for some items and coffee at Josh's. "

"We loved the great communication and the cabin worked great for our unexpected fast trip to Leakey. So sorry if there was some driving on the grass, some of our family met there to visit and drive to the cemetery together and maybe didn't see the signs, but it was truly an unintentional mistake and we sincerely apologize!!!"

"A group of us always try and get away a few days each year. This year we chose the Hill Country, and we could not have picked a better spot. We all love to cook, so the smoker, grill and amazing kitchen were perfect for great dinners. The pool was immaculate, and porch time was very relaxing. Could not recommend enough. "
