"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"The room was great, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast really good, they have plenty of options. There is only 1 person working at the spa so me and my wife had to schedule separate massages. Maybe it’s because of the day, me and my wife stayed on a Tuesday. If you don’t mind that tho, this place is great and really beautiful to walk around inside and outside the property."

"The location is excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the amenities, including the free snacks, are great. The view from the river facing room was beautiful and the corner unit had so many windows. The only negative is the bed: is is really hard which on its own is not the issue but combined with the very rough bed linens, it was a bit much. I understand that they are trying to be eco-friendly but surely there are more comfortable/smooth eco-friendly materials....

"A very good place to stay for a couple of days in Lyon. It’s close to excellent restaurants and several points of interest that can easily be reached on foot.That said, be careful if you stay during the summer and the weather is very hot, as the rooms in this hotel do not have air conditioning, which can be a problem during high-temperature summers."

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river. Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. "Bien situado y bien comunicado. Habitación correcta y buen desayuno. Había más de 22 grados de temperatura y en la habitación no se podía configurar el aire acondicionado, estaba puesto en modo calefacción. He tenido que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Almohadas incómodas."
