"Clean, quiet, great breakfast"

"Our stay was impacted by several service and facility issues. First, the housekeeping service level was not satisfactory. On our second day, our room was not serviced until around 4:30 PM. There were recurring shortages of basic room supplies, including paper cups and facial tissues. "I came in after a long flight and train trip over from the airport and the staff was so nice. My room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well, the waterfall shower was heavenly in the summer heat, and the room was so nice and clean overall. Will definitely stay here again."

"Had a confirm booking and when we arrived they didn’t have a room available for us. We understand there was a lot going on in the city but their response was pretty much “too bad there’s nothing we can do”."
