"Wonderful stay. Room oddity was the separate water closet had no sink to wash hands when finished. You had to walk across the foyer hall to the shower/sink room to wash up. Breakfast was worth the time and money. Hotel on a narrow alley with reception one floor up from ground level. For security, the elevator stopped at reception even when ascending to higher floor. It was not a bother. Hotel only a 5 minute walk from meeting point for many guided tours and 10 minutes from a varied selection of...

"Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "
