"Close to everything to see, shopping, and the train station with very friendly staff to welcome you at the front desk. Rooms are spacious. Could be cleaner if tables and glassware was swapped out if collecting dust in the rooms. No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)"

"The hotel is in the middle of a business complex and has no real front entrance to drive up to. It was necessary to DRAG our luggage from our car 60-90 feet to an elevator then another 100+ feet to another elevator. Then drag your luggage another 150 feet to the front door of the hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful. The room was very small and the shower had BLACK MOLD in the molding. The bathroom light had no switch so when you sent into the room in the middle...

Luego al llegar a la habitación y encontrarnos con una cama dignos de un rey, cada detalle en la habitación y una carta de bienvenida. "Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."
