"Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...

"Room was large, modern and clean. Unfortunately the blinds did nothing to keep the light out (strange blinds you had to roll to have the colours matched to be closed with a large gap between the two pieces and were still sheer. No facewashers provided so take your own. Doonas had no cover just a top sheet above and below so the second you moved in your sleep the sheets moved and you had bare doona touching you. "

"Great location, the house had lots of space, however, upon arrival we noticed the glassware was sticky from possible previous stayers and the cutlery was dirty.Additionally, the shower drain was clogged. Thankfully there was a plunger in the laundry, but in order to shower we had to continuously ’plunge’ whilst showering to stop the overflow. Other than that, the accommodation met all our needs. "
