"Well what to say! The positive is the little cabin was clean. The bedding horrible. No outside area to sit. cabins across the street and a couple up the hill sat outside our cabin smoking “several” different types of things. No on site management so no way to get help with this situation as they also had 2 loud dogs. There was a piece of paper on the table saying “No internet, except in cabin 9”. And that we could go 1/2 mile down road to restaurant. My daughter had work to do so we went to the...

"I like that entrance of room is outdoor from parked vehicle and I don’t have to transport travel things up and down if were to be staying at a hotel with floors. Definitely would make it my next stay there again. "

"Very cute and updated cabin. The floors were very dirty, I actually had to use the 2 rolls of paper towels to clean the dirt on the floor, as we arrived at 10pm. I would come back again beautiful area."

"The cabin itself was nice. It was clean and fully stocked albeit a little dated. The property was well maintained and it was easy to get to local amenities. Check-in was easy and the map around the grounds was super helpful. My only complaint is that the property really needs overnight security. My cabin was frequented by teenagers late at night, partying right behind me in lot 165. Flashing their lights into my cabin, screaming and throwing rocks around. "We had a wonderful stay. We checked in really late, but they were so accommodating. The kitchen was amazing, with everything we needed. The living room was really stylish, and the room was spacious and comfortable. "

"We were so happy to get a space close enough to Yosemite and Bass Lake. Although we were never there, it was a perfect accommodation for morning coffee and sleep. If you need a place to crash, with a bit of glamping, this is your spot! "

Some dish-ware not clean, bottle caps left from previous visit.Shower pan feels like it is not supported, soft, lots of cracking noises. "Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here...

"Nice comfortable beds. Well stocked with TP and shower necessities and paper towels, towels and whatnot. There was even a nice little snack gift basket when we got there. The host was very responsive and he allowed us to check out an hour late upon request, which was very nice. I like that we could use the garage. And especially liked that the bedroom got very dark. The curtains blocked out light really well. Too many condos we rent have too bright of bedrooms. "

"We just spent a fantastic weekend at Bass Lake . The house was perfect as were the hosts so helpful and accommodating . It was a family trip with all different age groups from 6 months to seventy it worked for everybody . I would highly recommend this amazing home ."
