"Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience.
