"The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and pretty clean. Check in/out is all "online" and I wasn't prepared for that, but it went smoothly after I figured it out. Would have been nice to communicate via text rather than going through the booking site."

"They only had 1 elevator working during my stay which seems to be a problem for many people from doing research. My keycard would not work either when trying to get into my hotel room. The staff was nice but they just had alot of maintenance issues. The property is old. I dont think the price is worth it to be honest. The beds were comfortable and they were clean sheets. "The room was great! The staff marvelous! Everything was wonderful except no free breakfast or coffee unless you were part of the club. I was very disappointed that I had to ask the restaurant for a cup of coffee or buy a cup from Dunkin…I didn’t know get any meal with out a cost. At the price I paid… I thought I would at least get free access to coffee and breakfast. I was extremely disappointed in that. I didn’t need parking."

"Hotel not on the level of the brand. Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Creek and it is a 1,000% better. The reason I’ve chosen that location was the distance from universal studios and my previous stay in Coconut Creek. Breakfast is bad, accommodations are bad compared to the other place with the same brand. Wouldn’t return."

But only one elevator worked and the staff was short handed at night, so buying anything from the little snack area took almost 40 minutes in a line. I also purchase items from the gift shop in the lobby and was charged for items I did not receive. When asked for an itemized receipt, the clerk began to act like she did not speak English.
