"This is a really nice place. Well priced. Good location. Older but well maintained. The only reason I took a star off was they either spray fabric freshener or wash their towels in fragrance, which was not great for me."

"Massive groups of traveling sports teams for kids 10 and up - was massively loud throughout the common areas, pool area, hallways etc. Couldn’t use one elevator as it was not working the other elevator had people stuck in it. Stairs could only be accessed from Outside the buildings. Couldn’t use pool as it was overflowing with people and kids. Kids running up and down hallways all night. Staff did nothing about anything. Was extremely disappointed and upset and staff did not care. "

"After checking in, I found out that the hotel description was inaccurate. For example, the hotel does not have a pool or a gym as advertised. Then, when it was time to check out, the staff falsely accused me of taking alcohol from the minibar."

"The sick was clogged up and there was no toilet paper and there was used tissue paper on the ground. Then the evacuation alert which was not the company’s fault and then. As you can see we checked in and less than two hours we checked out and went home to Bakersfield. The front didn’t even ask us how come we were leaving. No concern what do ever even though I told them what the issues was. No offer for another room. I would like our money back."

"I was charged $50 for incidentals and I don’t know what that would’ve been. There was nothing in the in the room or the hotel that would have cost me any money so now I have to wait for my $50 to be returned to my account and what wait another week to get my money back in my account!"
