"Loved the pool area although one of the slides was under construction. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Initially we were going to self park, then decided to valet the entire trip, was double charged, called and it was corrected.There was only one chair on the balcony and no microwave in the room. "

"This is an older but well maintained and clean property. the staff was friendly and helpful. Grocery and restaurants with in walking distance or very short car ride. Most Disney attractions 15 minute car ride. Will stay here again."

"Very clean rooms they are small the breakfast was good I just couldn’t understand why I had to pay 25 dollars for parking and we literally have the park the car our selves another experience I had.. I have 2 kids a 1 year old and 2 year old when I checked in I asked for there “cribs” which they told me they had available I didn’t just ask one time for the beds I had to call about 4x for my kids bed and the room was really small and we had no walking room with the cribs other than that experience...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The staff were all very friendly, the lobby was clean, the food options were pretty good, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed our room as well it was also very clean and had a nice view, a very adequate space to say the least! Only thing was that the phone in the room wasnt working and on the 12th floor the hallway smelled a bit damp/moldy… but aside from that everything was great!"

"Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The beds were so comfy that we overslept on checkout day :). The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, as the bathtub needs to be remodeled "
