"I really want to thank Fabian, the front desk staff, for alll his help. From the moment I arrived (well past midnight) he was friendly and incredibly helpful. He was incredibly attentive and even noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged a wonderful happy birthday celebration at breakfast (even though he wasn't working that day). Fabian and the breakfast staff made my holiday and I cannot thank them enough. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of no air-conditioning and decor but it's...

"The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks. Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay."

"Better customer support needed"

"My parents have been stayed here a few times one of their favourite hotels and they've been to many in the area, Clean friendly hotel with a nice breakfast and great location would recommend."

"Water comes down from the ceiling in the restroom, else everything was very good, especially that a bottle of wine was at the table in our room the day wife had birthday. Thanks"

"It was our best trip yet!! We felt very safe with 24/7 staff on reception and the food for breakfast was incredible!! We would definitely recommend this"

"I was very surprised how nice this hotel was. The pool was excellent, everything was clean and the staff amazingly friendly. There appeared to be no end to the facilities to hand."

"This was a fantastic place to stay. Clean, friendly staff and centrally located. I would highly recommend"
