"Fantastic staff and facilities. Rooms are a little small with not many places to unpack, but are very clean and tidy. Nice coffee machines with capsules provided daily. Shower was fantastic. There is free coffee and sweets in the lobby which is a nice touch and the bar is very nice with great cocktails. "

"Our first trip to Japan. We stayed at Brighton for the full 10 days. The room was large enough and comfortable for three without us feeling like we were on top of one another. Staff was always available and easy to communicate with even though none of us spoke more than three words in Japanese. It was the small things in the room that we enjoyed. The tea and the electric kettle. The glassware provided. Our daughter gave high praise to the quality of the matcha provided with all of the tools...
